The worm gear reducer Ch-125 is used in drives of belt conveyors, mixers and lifting mechanisms where high torque is required at low output shaft speeds. Center distance 125 mm, gear ratio 40, output torque up to 800 N·m. The housing is cast iron, the worm is made of carburized steel with a ground screw surface, and the worm wheel rim is bronze. It allows operation in any mounting position when filled with oil to the level, service life before overhaul — 25,000 hours.
