CNC plasma metal cutting machine of the ULTRAFLAME series

The gantry of the «ULTRAFLAME» series machine is made of a high-precision aluminum profile. The mechanisms located on the gantry (drives, motors) are reliably concealed behind protective steel covers that prevent dust deposition and damage to components occurring during equipment operation. The Y-axis drive mechanism and the carriage that moves the torch along the Z-axis are mounted on the gantry structure. In machines equipped for plasma and gas, the second carriage is located on the gantry next to the first one. Protective sleeves are provided for proper routing of electrical wires as the gantry moves to the specified coordinates. They are placed in flexible cable channels of the gantry thermal cutting machine. Gantry movement is performed using the keyboard of the controller installed on the gantry itself.
