«Indusvar, art.105» is used for preparing metalworking fluid for blade and abrasive machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (copper alloys - darkening possible). The MWF is a mixture of high-quality mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, anti-mist, anti-weld and detergent additives, emulsifier. Contains no chlorine, barium, sulfur.
Recommended for the following machine types: CNC machines, lathes, drilling machines, band saw machines, milling machines and machining centers.
Directions for use
Before replacing the metalworking fluid in the equipment, it is recommended to remove residues of the old fluid from the MWF supply system, together with accumulated oily and biological contaminants. For this purpose, use the detergent concentrate with bactericidal action «Neolite C», art.122 at a concentration of 1.0-5.0%.
1. Thoroughly mix the MWC in the supplier's container.
2. While intensively stirring, mix the MWC «Indusvar, art.105» with drinking-quality water at a temperature of +10…+40°C. Stir until a homogeneous emulsion is formed. It is recommended to use water with a hardness of 1.5-2 mg-eq/l.
3. Pour the required amount of emulsion into the MWF supply system
Attention! Due to detergent additives, the MWC «Indusvar, art.105» cleans the MWF supply system from dirt and resinous deposits during operation, which may cause gradual darkening of the emulsion. This factor does not affect the effectiveness of the MWF and disappears during further scheduled replacements of the metalworking fluid.

Recommended concentration
Blade machining of materials of low and medium complexity (carbon, tool, low-alloy steels, non-ferrous alloys, cast iron) – 2-5%.
Aluminum – 3 - 10%.
Blade machining of hard-to-machine materials (corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant steels and alloys) – 3 -10%.
Grinding – 1-3%.
If necessary, the residual layer of MWC is removed from parts and equipment using technical detergents of the «Neolite-C» series.
