"Indusvar, art.102" is used for preparing a lubricating-cooling fluid for blade and abrasive processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The coolant is an aqueous emulsion of high-quality mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, bactericide, defoamer with the addition of surfactants. Instructions for use 1. With intensive stirring, mix the coolant "Indusvar, art.102" with drinking water at a temperature of +10...+40°C. 2. Stir until a homogeneous emulsion is formed. If the homogeneity of the main volume of the emulsion and good reproducibility during stirring are maintained, the formation of a concentrate in the form of "cream" in the upper layer of the prepared emulsion is allowed. 3. If necessary, the residual layer of coolant is removed from parts and equipment using technical detergents of the "Neolite-S" series.
