FlexSoil HYDROLYZED POLYACRYLAMIDE TU 2458−012−09824493−2013 FlexSoil hydrolyzed polyacrylamide is a dry granular synthetic polymer containing partially hydrolyzed copolymer of polyacrylamide and polyacrylate. When mixed with water, it quickly hydrates, dissolves in water and forms a transparent viscous liquid. Thanks to its high molecular weight and high adsorption capacity, it effectively reduces the intensity of clay dispersion, has lubricating and anti-bit characteristics. In addition, the dense filter cake formed on the wellbore walls in the presence of the reagent helps maintain the stability of the wellbore, preventing sloughing and collapse. FlexSoil is highly effective as a filtration reducer in solids-free muds, including mineralized water solutions. FlexSoil, based on the required rheological characteristics, is introduced directly into the drilling fluid in an amount of 0.05-0.2% (0.5 – 2 kilograms per 1 m³). The reagent is compatible with other reagents and materials used for drilling mud treatment.
